By accessing or using the TRADZY platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRADZY.
TRADZY provides trade scoring, journaling, analytics, and educational tools for traders. The platform is a tool to assist your decision-making — it does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide regulated financial advice.
Exchange sync (optional). If you connect an exchange with a read-only API key, TRADZY copies the trade history that exchange reports into your journal. It relies on each exchange's API and is provided on a best-effort basis: an exchange may change, limit or stop its API at any time, and synced figures are only as accurate as what the exchange returns. You can edit or delete synced trades, import a CSV instead, or disconnect at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. TRADZY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Paid plans are billed at the time of purchase for the selected period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Payments are processed securely. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the stated amount. Pro plans and room plans renew automatically at the end of each term, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the app (Settings → Tradzy Pro); you keep access until the end of the term you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer any part of the platform; use automated scraping tools; share your account; attempt to circumvent security measures; or upload harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content, scoring algorithms, branding, and software comprising TRADZY are the exclusive intellectual property of TRADZY and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
TRADZY is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from use of or reliance on the platform. Trade scoring and analytics are informational only. All trading decisions and their consequences remain solely with the user.
You acknowledge that trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. The platform is provided as-is. Any loss incurred by acting on information provided through TRADZY is your sole responsibility. TRADZY will not be held liable for errors, inaccuracies, or any losses resulting from platform use.
Trophies, levels, leagues and leaderboards are part of the game inside TRADZY. Trophies can't be bought, and have no cash value except as set out in this section.
Season prize pool. TRADZY intends to offer a prize pool of US$1,000 each season to the trader ranked first on the Season leaderboard (the trophies won during that season) when the season closes. No other rank receives the prize pool.
Who can win. To receive a season prize you must hold a TRADZY Pro membership that began at least 3 months before the season ends and stays active until it ends, have an account in good standing, and be of legal age where you live. Accounts that cheat, share access, use automation or break these terms can be removed from the leaderboard and lose any prize.
When the pool starts. The prize pool depends on TRADZY's projections and business goals. It starts once TRADZY reaches the Pro membership it needs to fund it. If that has not happened when a season ends, the pool is not paid for that season and moves to the end of the next season.
The top trader is rewarded every season. Whether or not the pool is paid, the first-placed eligible trader receives a reward every season. When the prize pool is not paid, rewards are worked out at 1,000 trophies won in that season = US$1.
How rewards are paid. We contact winners in the app or by email. If we can't pay a reward to you, for example because of where you live or payment limits, it is given as TRADZY Pro time or Legion credit of the same value. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
Changes. Prize amounts, eligibility, the split and the trophy rate are subject to change, and TRADZY may change, pause or end season rewards in line with its plans. A change doesn't take back a reward already announced as won. Where local law doesn't allow these prizes, they are void there.
TRADZY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
