Paid plans are billed at the time of purchase for the selected period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Payments are processed securely. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the stated amount. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer any part of the platform; use automated scraping tools; share your account; attempt to circumvent security measures; or upload harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content, scoring algorithms, branding, and software comprising TRADZY are the exclusive intellectual property of TRADZY and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
TRADZY is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from use of or reliance on the platform. Trade scoring and analytics are informational only. All trading decisions and their consequences remain solely with the user.
You acknowledge that trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. The platform is provided as-is. Any loss incurred by acting on information provided through TRADZY is your sole responsibility. TRADZY will not be held liable for errors, inaccuracies, or any losses resulting from platform use.
TRADZY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
